Michal has a vast 15 years experience in the fields of Talent Management, HR Management and Organizational Development.
As part of her experience, she consulted and supported mangers, served as HR manager, and lead challenging processes at the fields of: performance management, core processes implementation, Managerial development, organizational changes and HR headquarter management.
Prior to joining AKT, in 2004-2012, Michal served in a long list of HR positions at Applied Materials such as HR directors manager and headquarter manager.
Furthermore, as part of her experience at Applied Materials, she established an operative HR system and lead HR transformation project at USA.
Prior to that Michal held a few HR roles at Intel.
Michal has a BA in business management and art history from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
